Members are not permitted to post illegal sexual content or any content that is targeted at offending any ethnic group, nor are members permitted to spam to or from DoD or any of it's clients. Do not threaten or intimidate anyone using any of DoD's services. DoD reserves the right to suspend or deny any and all services without prior notification or consent of the member. DoD also reserves the right to deny services without any given reason and for any given reason. These measures must be taken by DoD in order to maintain system security and network integrity. DoD is in no way responsible for any loss or corruption of data. Although DoD keeps tight backups of all information, it's the individual's responsibility to maintain regular backups of his or her important data, files, e-mail, or any other digital media that may or may not be stored by DoD. DoD will not be held responsible for any malicious attacks, made by any member of DoD, and or against any member of DoD.

Spamming to or from DoD e-mail service is against our policy. It is a civil offense under California Business and Professions Code Section 17538.45. The sending of any unsolicited email advertising messages to this domain will result in the imposition of civil liability against you in accordance with Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code Section 17538.45.

We will do every thing in our power to protect you, the member, from any of the above situations. These rules are put in place so we can protect both ourselves and our members in extreme situations. We apologize for the fascist appearance of our Terms of Service, and can assure you that we will take every measure possible to avoid this extreme.
